Breitling For Bentley – Baselworld 2014
At this year’s Baselworld, Breitling will unveil it’s timepiece that plays tribute to the biggest Bentley engine, the famous 6.75 litre version. This robust engine is used to power Bentley’s famous Mulsanne limousines.
This timepiece, The Breitling For Bentley 6.75 limited series chronograph will come in a black-clad color. This midnight-hued time piece received a special ultra-resistant carbon-based treatment, which enhances the sporting style of the satin brushed steel case with its taut, dynamic lines, and its knurled bezel (inspired by the Bentley’s famous radiator grilles).
The dial continues the dark elegant theme with a vertical open worked motif that offers a glimpse of the movement to the user.
The Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon is issued in a 1,000-piece limited edition and comes on a rubber strap with a central raised motif echoing that of the bezel. This luxurious and sleek self-winding chronograph has its movement certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute.
It is water resistant up to 100m, has a rubber strap, and a cambered sapphire crystal that is glareproof on both sides.
